The following terms and conditions are in place to protect both you (“the Client” or “Customer”) and Exotic Party Creations LLC / EPC Crafters Gym (“the Company Website”).
Please review all policies carefully before purchasing, booking a service, or contacting us for a project.
By purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

PAYMENTS & PRICING

All pricing is subject to change at any time and will become effective immediately upon being posted on this website.
No custom design, product creation, or digital file delivery will begin until full payment has been received and cleared.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our templates, custom designs, and personalized products, refunds or cancellations are not available once payment has been made.
A refund will only be issued in the rare event that Exotic Party Creations LLC is unable to complete your project for unforeseen personal or business reasons.

DRAFTS / PREVIEWS

Any draft, mockup, or preview sent to you is provided for approval purposes only.
Drafts and previews remain the intellectual property of Exotic Party Creations LLC / EPC Crafters Gym and may not be copied, altered, shared, or distributed without written consent.

REVISIONS

Each design project includes up to three (3) complimentary revisions.
After the third revision, a $10 fee per additional revision will be applied.
Revisions refer to small edits or adjustments—major redesigns may require a new project fee.

YOUR DESIGN VISION

To ensure your complete satisfaction, please provide a clear vision or inspiration before booking.
We are happy to freestyle designs upon request, but creative interpretation may differ from your personal vision.
If your project includes a personal photo, it must be high-quality, well-lit, and unpixelated.
Low-resolution, cropped, or blurry phone screenshots will negatively affect final print quality and are not recommended.

TURNAROUND TIME

Each project is unique and may require a different completion timeframe.
Standard turnaround times apply to business days only (Monday – Friday). Weekends and holidays are not included.
During high-volume seasons, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for completion.
Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.

DELIVERY OF DIGITAL FILES

Completed digital projects (such as logos, flyers, templates, or mockups) will be delivered via email or download link.
Standard logo packages include JPG, PNG, and PDF files. Other design projects are typically provided in JPG or PNG format.
Please note: Trademarking or copyrighting your logo or design is solely your responsibility.
By purchasing, you grant Exotic Party Creations LLC / EPC Crafters Gym permission to feature your completed design(s) in our portfolio, marketing materials, or social-media showcases unless you request otherwise in writing.
